“Cris Arras performed our last two maintenance services this year and he was on time, thorough and totally professional! In addition, we had deep discussion about indoor air quality, which was something I had been deeply concerned about for years due to continuous dust issues in our house. Cris recommended a Phenomenal Aire device that he had personal experience with and had one on board his truck. I researched it during his time doing maintenance and had him install than device before he left. I'm looking very forward too see the results of this device and further looking forward to having Cris back to do all of our future maintenance needs!”

Installed a GPS and I became convinced to also install a water softener even on a new construction home.
* Western Heating and Air Conditioning, please consider to upgrade the Platinum Plan to include salt delivery maintenance after water softener installation.
To include salt delivery maintenance shall encourage customers more to get the Platinum Plan and to hire you for water softener installs.
